…to one of our favorite places for a quiet glass of wine among the craziness of the strip, Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris casino. 

 The view from our seats at the bar were not bad at all. 

We had dinner at Mon Ami Gabi on our first visit to Las Vegas, about five years ago. The service and food were excellent, and the style of the place–evoking belle époque Paris–is charming. 

The aroma of freshly baked baguettes was tempting this time also, but we had dinner reservations off-strip for a restaurant we’ve been hearing a lot about: Lotus of Siam. More on that soon…
